Instructions for Homeowners to obtain true colors that are pre-approved for Marbrisa Ranch.

Here is what you do.

1. go to http://www.dunnedwards.com
2. Selected the green info center tab
3. Enter your city and state (or zip code) into the ColorARK selection box
4. Select your community.
5. Select your sub-association (if there isn't one it will be the same name as the community)
6. Scroll down to see the color selections.

It sounds harder than it is.  Try it out and be sure to look at the download this scheme feature that will show the discount coupon and locations for the nearest Dunn-Edwards stores to the community.
